About ProjectUSC.org

What is this?

ProjectUSC.org publishes the complete text of US federal law in a fast, searchable, interlinked format — free to everyone. We currently provide all 54 titles of the United States Code, with the Code of Federal Regulations coming soon.

Why does this exist?

US law is public domain. The text belongs to every American. But finding and reading it shouldn't require expensive subscriptions or clunky government interfaces. We believe access to law should be fast, free, and built for professionals who use it every day.
