{"identifier":"/us/usc/t10/s2262","title":10,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2262.","heading":"Department of Defense conferences: collection of fees to cover Department of Defense costs","text":"\u00a7\u202f2262.\nDepartment of Defense conferences: collection of fees to cover Department of Defense costs\n(a)\nAuthority to Collect Fees.\u2014\n(1) The Secretary of Defense may collect fees from any individual or commercial participant in a conference, seminar, exhibition, symposium, or similar meeting conducted by the Department of Defense (in this section referred to collectively as a \u201cconference\u201d).\n(2) The Secretary may provide for the collection of fees under this section directly or by contract.
