{"identifier":"/us/usc/t10/s2646","title":10,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2646.","heading":"Travel services: procurement for official and unofficial travel under one contract","text":"\u00a7\u202f2646.\nTravel services: procurement for official and unofficial travel under one contract\n(a)\nAuthority.\u2014\nThe head of an agency may enter into a contract for travel-related services that provides for the contractor to furnish services for both official travel and unofficial travel.\n(b)\nCredits, Discounts, Commissions, Fees.\u2014\n(1) A contract entered into under this section may provide for credits, discounts, or commissions or other fees to accrue to the Department of Defense.
