\u201cAdministration\u201d means the National Nuclear Security Administration.\n(2) The term \u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator for Nuclear Security.\n(3) The term \u201cclassified note below.\nDecember 29, 2009\n50 U.S.C. 3161\n(4) The terms \u201cdefense nuclear facility\u201d and \u201cDepartment of Energy defense nuclear facility\u201d have the meaning given the term \u201cDepartment of Energy defense nuclear facility\u201d in section 318 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (\n42 U.S.C. 2286g\n(5) The term \u201cnuclear security enterprise\u201d means the physical facilities, technology, and human capital of the national security laboratories and the nuclear weapons production facilities.\n(6) The term \u201cnational security laboratory\u201d means any of the following:\n(A) Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.\n(B) Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Livermore, California.\n(C) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, California.\n(7) The term \u201cNuclear Weapons Council\u201d means the Nuclear Weapons Council established by section 179.\n(8) The term \u201cnuclear weapons production facility\u201d means any of the following:\n(A) The Kansas City National Security Campus, Kansas City, Missouri.\n(B) The Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas.\n(C) The Y\u201312 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.\n(D) The Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina.\n(E) The Nevada National Security Site, Nevada.\n(F) Any facility of the Department of Energy that the Secretary of Energy, in consultation with the Administrator and Congress, determines to be consistent with the mission of the Administration.\n(9) The term \u201cRestricted Data\u201d has the meaning given such term in section 11 y. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (\n42 U.S.C.
