{"identifier":"/us/usc/t10/s8671","title":10,"num":"\u00a7\u202f8671.","heading":"Determination of vessel delivery dates","text":"\u00a7\u202f8671.\nDetermination of vessel delivery dates\n(a)\nIn General.\u2014\nThe delivery of a covered vessel shall be deemed to occur on the date on which\u2014\n(1) the Secretary of the Navy determines that the vessel is assembled and complete;
