{"identifier":"/us/usc/t14/s2182","title":14,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2182.","heading":"Multirater assessment of certain personnel","text":"\u00a7\u202f2182.\nMultirater assessment of certain personnel\n(a)\nMultirater Assessment of Certain Personnel.\u2014\n(1)\nIn general.\u2014\nCommencing not later than one year after the date of the enactment of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2016, the Commandant shall develop and implement a plan to conduct every two years a multirater assessment for each of the following:\n(A) Each flag officer of the Coast Guard.\n(B) Each member of the Senior Executive Service of the Coast Guard.\n(C) Each officer of the Coast Guard nominated for promotion to the grade of flag officer.\n(2)\nOfficers.\u2014\nEach officer of the Coast Guard shall undergo a multirater assessment before promotion to\u2014\n(A) the grade of O\u20134;\n(B) the grade of O\u20135; and\n(C) the grade of O\u20136.\n(3)\nEnlisted members.\u2014\nEach enlisted member of the Coast Guard shall undergo a multirater assessment before advancement to\u2014\n(A) the grade of E\u20137;\n(B) the grade of E\u20138;\n(C) the grade of E\u20139;
