{"identifier":"/us/usc/t15/s4902","title":15,"num":"\u00a7\u202f4902.","heading":"Interagency Trade Data Advisory Committee","text":"\u00a7\u202f4902.\nInteragency Trade Data Advisory Committee\n(a)\nEstablishment\nThere is established the Interagency Trade Data Advisory Committee.\n(b)\nMembership\nThe Committee shall consist of\u2014\n(1) the United States Trade Representative;\n(2) the Secretary of Agriculture;\n(3) the Secretary of Defense;\n(4) the Secretary of Commerce;\n(5) the Secretary of Labor;\n(6) the Secretary of the Treasury;\n(7) the Secretary of State;\n(8) the Director of the Office of Management and Budget;\n(9) the Director of Central Intelligence;\n(10) the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board;\n(11) the Chairman of the International Trade Commission;\n(12) the President of the Export-Import Bank;\n(13) the Chief Executive Officer of the United States International Development Finance Corporation;
