and\n(4) $476,000,000 for fiscal year 2008.\n(b)\nDepartment of Energy\nThere are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Energy to carry out the Secretary\u2019s responsibilities under this chapter\u2014\n(1) $317,000,000 for fiscal year 2005;\n(2) $347,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;\n(3) $380,000,000 for fiscal year 2007; and\n(4) $415,000,000 for fiscal year 2008.\n(c)\nNational Aeronautics and Space Administration\nThere are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to carry out the Administrator\u2019s responsibilities under this chapter\u2014\n(1) $34,100,000 for fiscal year 2005;\n(2) $37,500,000 for fiscal year 2006;\n(3) $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2007; and\n(4) $42,300,000 for fiscal year 2008.\n(d)\nNational Institute of Standards and Technology\nThere are authorized to be appropriated to the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to carry out the Director\u2019s responsibilities under this chapter\u2014\n(1) $68,200,000 for fiscal year 2005;\n(2) $75,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;\n(3) $80,000,000 for fiscal year 2007;
