{"identifier":"/us/usc/t15/s7610","title":15,"num":"\u00a7\u202f7610.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f7610.\nDefinitions\nAs used in this chapter:\n(1)\nContact lens fitting\nThe term \u201ccontact lens fitting\u201d means the process that begins after the initial eye examination and ends when a successful fit has been achieved or, in the case of a renewal prescription, ends when the prescriber determines that no change in prescription is required, and such term may include\u2014\n(A) an examination to determine lens specifications;\n(B) except in the case of a renewal of a prescription, an initial evaluation of the fit of the lens on the eye;
