The period during which the national service educational award may be used, the purposes for which the award may be used, and the amount of the award shall be determined as provided under such subtitle."}],"tail":"\n"}],"tail":"\n"}],"tail":"\n"},{"t":"subsec","id":"/us/usc/t16/s1727/b","children":[{"t":"num","text":"(b)"},{"t":"heading","text":"Forbearance in collection of Stafford loans"},{"t":"content","children":[{"t":"p","text":"For purposes of ","children":[{"t":"ref","text":"section 1078 of title 20","href":"/us/usc/t20/s1078","tail":", in the case of borrowers who are either participants in the Corps or resource assistants, upon written request, a lender shall grant a borrower forbearance on such terms as are otherwise consistent with the regulations of the Secretary of Education, during periods in which the borrower is serving as such a participant or a resource assistant."}],"tail":"\n"}],"tail":"\n"}],"tail":"\n"},{"t":"text","text":"\n"},{"t":"text","text":"\n"}]}]}
