{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s3302","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3302.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f3302.\nDefinitions\nAs used in this chapter\u2014\n(1) The term \u201cappropriate tribal coordinating body\u201d means the Columbia River tribal coordinating body or the Washington tribal coordinating body, as the context requires.\n(2) The term \u201ccharter vessel\u201d means any vessel licensed by the State to carry passengers for hire for the purpose of recreational salmon fishing.\n(3) The term \u201ccharter fishing\u201d means fishing undertaken aboard charter vessels.\n(4) The term \u201cColumbia River conservation area\u201d means\u2014\n(A) all habitat within the Columbia River drainage basin; and\n(B) those areas in\u2014\n(i) the fishery conservation zone over which the Pacific Fishery Management Council has jurisdiction, and\n(ii) the territorial seas of Oregon and Washington,\nin which one or more stocks that originate in the habitat describe\n1\n1 So in original.
