{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s410fff\u20133","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f410fff\u20133.","heading":"Acquisition of property and minor boundary adjustments","text":"\u00a7\u202f410fff\u20133.\nAcquisition of property and minor boundary adjustments\n(a)\nAdditional acquisitions\n(1)\nIn general\nThe Secretary may acquire land or interests in land depicted on the Map or the map described in\nsection 410fff\u20132(a)(2) of this title\n(2)\nMethod of acquisition\n(A)\nIn general\nLand or interests in land may be acquired by\u2014\n(i) donation;\n(ii) transfer;\n(iii) purchase with donated or appropriated funds; or\n(iv) exchange.\n(B)\nConsent\nNo land or interest in land may be acquired without the consent of the owner of the land.\n(b)\nBoundary revision\nAfter acquiring land for the Park, the Secretary shall\u2014\n(1) revise the boundary of the Park to include newly-acquired land within the boundary;
