{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s450bb","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f450bb.","heading":"Harpers Ferry National Historical Park","text":"\u00a7\u202f450bb.\nHarpers Ferry National Historical Park\n(a)\nIn general\nTo carry out the purposes of sections 450bb to 450bb\u20132 of this title, the Secretary of the Interior (referred to in sections 450bb to 450bb\u20132 of this title as the \u201cSecretary\u201d) is authorized to acquire, by purchase from a willing seller with donated or appropriated funds, by donation, or by exchange, land or an interest in land within the boundaries as generally depicted on the map entitled \u201cBoundary Map, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park\u201d, numbered 385\u201380,021A, and dated April 1979.\n(b)\nBradley and Ruth Nash Addition\nThe Secretary is authorized to acquire, by donation only, approximately 27 acres of land or interests in land that are outside the boundary of the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park and generally depicted on the map entitled \u201cProposed Bradley and Ruth Nash Addition\u2014Harpers Ferry National Historical Park\u201d, numbered 385\u201380056, and dated\nApril 1, 1989\n(c)\nBoundary expansion\n(1)\nIn general\nThe Secretary is authorized to acquire, by purchase from a willing seller with donated or appropriated funds, by donation, or by exchange, land or an interest in land within the area depicted as \u201cPrivate Lands\u201d on the map entitled \u201cHarpers Ferry National Historical Park Proposed Boundary Expansion\u201d, numbered 385/80,126, and dated\nJuly 14, 2003\n(2)\nAdministration\nThe Secretary shall\u2014\n(A) transfer to the National Park Service for inclusion in the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park (referred to in sections 450bb to 450bb\u20132 of this title as the \u201cPark\u201d) the land depicted on the map referred to in paragraph (1) as \u201cU.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lands\u201d and revise the boundary of the Park accordingly;
