{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s460hhh\u20136","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f460hhh\u20136.","heading":"Withdrawal","text":"\u00a7\u202f460hhh\u20136.\nWithdrawal\n(a)\nIn general\nSubject to valid existing rights and except as provided in subsection (b), all Federal lands within the Recreation Area are withdrawn from\u2014\n(1) all forms of entry, appropriation, or disposal under the public land laws;\n(2) location, entry, and patent under the mining laws; and\n(3) operation under the mineral leasing and geothermal leasing laws.\n(b)\nExceptions\n(1)\nIn general\nNotwithstanding subsection (a), W\u00bdE\u00bd and W\u00bd sec. 27, T. 23 S., R. 58 E., Mt.
