\u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.\n(2)\nAdvisory Board\nThe term \u201cAdvisory Board\u201d means the Land Between the Lakes Advisory Board established under section 460\nlll\n(3)\nChairman\nThe term \u201cChairman\u201d means the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority.\n(4)\nEligible employee\nThe term \u201celigible employee\u201d means a person that was, on the date of transfer pursuant to section 460\nlll\n(5)\nEnvironmental law\n(A)\nIn general\nThe term \u201cenvironmental law\u201d means all applicable Federal, State, and local laws (including regulations) and requirements related to protection of human health, natural and cultural resources, or the environment.\n(B)\nInclusions\nThe term \u201cenvironmental law\u201d includes\u2014\n(i) the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (\n42 U.S.C. 9601\n(ii) the Solid Waste Disposal Act (\n42 U.S.C. 6901\n(iii) the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (\n33 U.S.C. 1251\n(iv) the Clean Air Act (\n42 U.S.C. 7401\n(v) the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (\n7 U.S.C. 136\n(vi) the Toxic Substances Control Act (\n15 U.S.C. 2601\n(vii) the Safe Drinking Water Act (\n42 U.S.C. 300f\n(viii) the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (\n42 U.S.C. 4321\n(ix) the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (\n16 U.S.C. 1531\n(6)\nForest highway\nThe term \u201cforest highway\u201d has the meaning given the term in\nsection 101(a) of title 23\n1\n1 See References in Text note corporation, or unit of a State university system.\n(8)\nHazardous substance\nThe term \u201chazardous substance\u201d has the meaning given the term in section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (\n42 U.S.C. 9601\n(9)\nPerson\nThe term \u201cperson\u201d has the meaning given the term in section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (\n42 U.S.C. 9601\n(10)\nPollutant or contaminant\nThe term \u201cpollutant or contaminant\u201d has the meaning given the term in section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (\n42 U.S.C. 9601\n(11)\nQualified resident or relative\nThe term \u201cqualified resident or relative\u201d means\u2014\n(A) a former resident of the area within the Recreation Area or the spouse of a former resident of that area; or\n(B) a widow, widower, or lineal descendant of an individual buried in a cemetery located in the Recreation Area.\n(12)\nRecreation Area\nThe term \u201cRecreation Area\u201d means the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area.\n(13)\nRelease\nThe term \u201crelease\u201d has the meaning given the term in section 101 of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (\n42 U.S.C. 9601\n(14)\nResponse action\nThe
