and\n(D) wildlife refuges.\n(2)\nLawful hunt\nThe term \u201clawful hunt\u201d means the taking or harvesting (or attempted taking or harvesting) of wildlife or fish, on Federal lands, which\u2014\n(A) is lawful under the laws applicable in the place it occurs; and\n(B) does not infringe upon a right of an owner of private property.\n(3)\nNational forest\nThe term \u201cnational forest\u201d means lands included in the National Forest System (as defined in\nsection 1609(a) of this title\n(4)\nNational park\nThe term \u201cnational park\u201d means lands and waters included in the National Park System (as defined in\nsection 100501 of title 54\n(5)\nPublic lands\nThe term \u201cpublic lands\u201d has the same meaning as is provided in\nsection 1702(e) of title 43\n(6)\nSecretary\nThe term \u201cSecretary\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to national forests;
