{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s670","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f670.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f670.\nDefinitions\nIn this subchapter:\n(1)\nMilitary installation\nThe term \u201cmilitary installation\u201d\u2014\n(A) means any land or interest in land owned by the United States and administered by the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of a military department, except land under the jurisdiction of the Assistant Secretary of the Army having responsibility for civil works;\n(B) includes all public lands withdrawn from all forms of appropriation under public land laws and reserved for use by the Secretary of Defense or the Secretary of a military department;
