{"identifier":"/us/usc/t16/s6806","title":16,"num":"\u00a7\u202f6806.","heading":"Special account and distribution of fees and revenues","text":"\u00a7\u202f6806.\nSpecial account and distribution of fees and revenues\n(a)\nSpecial account\nThe Secretary of the Treasury shall establish a special account in the Treasury for each Federal land management agency.\n(b)\nDeposits\nSubject to subsections (c), (d), and (e), revenues collected by each Federal land management agency under this chapter shall\u2014\n(1) be deposited in its special account;
