and\n(B) the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives.\n(2)\nBoard\nThe term \u201cBoard\u201d means the National Fish Habitat Board established by\nsection 8203 of this title\n(3)\nDirector\nThe term \u201cDirector\u201d means the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service.\n(4)\nEnvironmental Protection Agency Assistant Administrator\nThe term \u201cEnvironmental Protection Agency Assistant Administrator\u201d means the Assistant Administrator for Water of the Environmental Protection Agency.\n(5)\nIndian Tribe\nThe term \u201cIndian Tribe\u201d has the meaning given to the term \u201cIndian tribe\u201d in\nsection 5304 of title 25\n(6)\nNational Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Assistant Administrator\nThe term \u201cNational Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Assistant Administrator\u201d means the Assistant Administrator for Fisheries of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.\n(7)\nPartnership\nThe term \u201cPartnership\u201d means an entity designated by Congress as a Fish Habitat Partnership under\nsection 8204 of this title\n(8)\nReal property interest\nThe term \u201creal property interest\u201d means an ownership interest in\u2014\n(A) land; or\n(B) water (including water rights).\n(9)\nMarine Fisheries Commissions\nThe term \u201cMarine Fisheries Commissions\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission;\n(B) the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission; and\n(C) the Pacific States Marine Commission.\n(10)\nSecretary\nThe term \u201cSecretary\u201d means the Secretary of the Interior.\n(11)\nState\nThe term \u201cState\u201d means each of the several States, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the United States Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.\n(12)\nState agency\nThe term \u201cState agency\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the fish and wildlife agency of a State;
