{"identifier":"/us/usc/t19/s3206","title":19,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3206.","heading":"Termination of preferential treatment","text":"\u00a7\u202f3206.\nTermination of preferential treatment\n(a)\nIn general\nNo duty-free treatment or other preferential treatment extended to beneficiary countries under this chapter shall\u2014\n(1) remain in effect\u2014\n(A) with respect to Colombia after\nJuly 31, 2013\n(B) with respect to Peru after\nDecember 31, 2010\n(2) remain in effect with respect to Ecuador after\n(A) the President has determined that Ecuador does not satisfy the requirements set forth in\nsection 3202(c) of this title\n(B) in making that determination, the President has taken into account each of the factors set forth in\nsection 3202(d) of this title\n(3) remain in effect with respect to Bolivia after\n(A) the President has determined that Bolivia satisfies the requirements set forth in\nsection 3202(c) of this title\n(B) in making that determination, the President has taken into account each of the factors set forth in\nsection 3202(d) of this title\n(b)\nReports\nOn or before\n(1) such determinations;
