{"identifier":"/us/usc/t2/s1316","title":2,"num":"\u00a7\u202f1316.","heading":"Rights and protections relating to veterans\u2019 employment and reemployment","text":"\u00a7\u202f1316.\nRights and protections relating to veterans\u2019 employment and reemployment\n(a)\nEmployment and reemployment rights of members of uniformed services\n(1)\nIn general\nIt shall be unlawful for an employing office to\u2014\n(A) discriminate, within the meaning of subsections (a) and (b) of\nsection 4311 of title 38\n(B) deny to an eligible employee reemployment rights within the meaning of sections 4312 and 4313 of title 38;
