{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/s4413","title":20,"num":"\u00a7\u202f4413.","heading":"Executive Board","text":"\u00a7\u202f4413.\nExecutive Board\n(a)\nComposition\nThe Board shall have an Executive Board composed of\u2014\n(1) the chairman of the Board;\n(2) the vice chairman of the Board;\n(3) the secretary of the Board;\n(4) the treasurer of the Board; and\n(5) an at-large member of the Board elected by the Board at its initial meeting.\n(b)\nVacancies\nIn the case of any vacancy which occurs in the position of at-large member before the expiration of such member\u2019s term, the Board shall elect a replacement to complete that term.\n(c)\nMeetings\nThe Executive Board shall hold not more than 4 regular meetings per calendar year.
