{"identifier":"/us/usc/t20/s5502","title":20,"num":"\u00a7\u202f5502.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f5502.\nDefinitions\nFor the purposes of this chapter, the term\u2014\n(1) \u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency;\n(2) \u201cAgency\u201d means the United States Environmental Protection Agency;\n(3) \u201cFederal agency\u201d or \u201cagency of the United States\u201d means any department, agency or other instrumentality of the Federal Government, any independent agency or establishment of the Federal Government including any Government corporation;\n(4) \u201cSecretary\u201d means the Secretary of the Department of Education;\n(5) \u201clocal educational agency\u201d means any education agency as defined in\nsection 7801 of this title\n(6) \u201cnot-for-profit\u201d organization\n1\n1 So in original.
