{"identifier":"/us/usc/t22/s6981","title":22,"num":"\u00a7\u202f6981.","heading":"Establishment of technical assistance and rule of law programs","text":"\u00a7\u202f6981.\nEstablishment of technical assistance and rule of law programs\n(a)\nCommerce rule of law program\nThe Secretary of Commerce, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is authorized to establish a program to conduct rule of law training and technical assistance related to commercial activities in the People\u2019s Republic of China.\n(b)\nLabor rule of law program\n(1)\nIn general\nThe Secretary of Labor, in consultation with the Secretary of State, is authorized to establish a program to conduct rule of law training and technical assistance related to the protection of internationally recognized worker rights in the People\u2019s Republic of China.\n(2)\nUse of amounts\nIn carrying out paragraph (1), the Secretary of Labor shall focus on activities including, but not limited to\u2014\n(A) developing,\n1\n1 So in original.
