or\n(B) an entity organized under the laws of Iran or otherwise subject to the jurisdiction of the Government of Iran.\n(5)\nIRGC\nThe term \u201cIRGC\u201d means Iran\u2019s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.\n(6)\nKnowingly\nThe term \u201cknowingly\u201d has the meaning given that term in section 14 of the Iran Sanctions Act of 1996 (\nPublic Law 104\u2013172\n50 U.S.C. 1701\n(7)\nUnited States person\nThe term \u201cUnited States person\u201d means\u2014\n(A) a United States citizen or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence to the United States;
