{"identifier":"/us/usc/t25/s4302","title":25,"num":"\u00a7\u202f4302.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f4302.\nDefinitions\nIn this chapter:\n(1)\nDirector\nThe term \u201cDirector\u201d means the Director of Native American Business Development appointed pursuant to\nsection 4303(a)(2) of this title\n(2)\nEligible entity\nThe term \u201celigible entity\u201d means an Indian Tribe or Tribal organization, an Indian arts and crafts organization, as that term is defined in\nsection 305a of this title\n(3)\nIndian\nThe term \u201cIndian\u201d has the meaning given that term in\nsection 5304(d) of this title\n(4)\nIndian goods and services\nThe term \u201cIndian goods and services\u201d means\u2014\n(A) Indian goods, within the meaning of\nsection 305a of this title\n(B) goods produced or originated by an eligible entity; and\n(C) services provided by eligible entities.\n(5)\nIndian lands\n(A)\nIn general\nThe term \u201cIndian lands\u201d includes lands under the definition of\u2014\n(i) the term \u201cIndian country\u201d under\nsection 1151 of title 18\n(ii) the term \u201creservation\u201d under\u2014\n(I) section 1452(d) of this title\n(II) section 1903(10) of this title\n(B)\nFormer Indian reservations in Oklahoma\nFor purposes of applying\n(i) within the jurisdictional areas of an Oklahoma Indian Tribe (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior);
