and\n(B) is designed to accelerate the growth and success of businesses through a variety of business support resources and services, including\u2014\n(i) access to capital, business education, and counseling;\n(ii) networking opportunities;\n(iii) mentorship opportunities; and\n(iv) other services intended to aid in developing a business.\n(2)\nEligible applicant\nThe term \u201celigible applicant\u201d means an applicant eligible to apply for a grant under\nsection 5803(b) of this title\n(3)\nIndian tribe\nThe term \u201cIndian tribe\u201d has the meaning given the term in\nsection 5304 of this title\n(4)\nInstitution of higher education\nThe term \u201cinstitution of higher education\u201d has the meaning given the term in\nsection 1001 of title 20\n(5)\nNative American;
