{"identifier":"/us/usc/t33/s2601","title":33,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2601.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f2601.\nDefinitions\nIn this chapter\u2014\n(1) \u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency.\n(2) \u201ccoastal waters\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the territorial sea of the United States;\n(B) the Great Lakes and their connecting waters;\n(C) the marine and estuarine waters of the United States up to the head of tidal influence;
