{"identifier":"/us/usc/t38/s3002","title":38,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3002.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f3002.\nDefinitions\nFor the purposes of this chapter\u2014\n(1) The term \u201cbasic educational assistance\u201d means educational assistance provided under subchapter II of this chapter.\n(2) The term \u201csupplemental educational assistance\u201d means educational assistance provided under subchapter III of this chapter.\n(3) The term \u201cprogram of education\u201d\u2014\n(A) has the meaning given such term in\nsection 3452(b) of this title\n(B) includes\u2014\n(i) a preparatory course for a test that is required or used for admission to an institution of higher education;
