{"identifier":"/us/usc/t38/s3323","title":38,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3323.","heading":"Administration","text":"\u00a7\u202f3323.\nAdministration\n(a)\nIn General.\u2014\n(1)\nIn general.\u2014\nExcept as otherwise provided in this chapter, the provisions specified in sections 3034(a)(1) and 3680(c) shall apply to the provision of educational assistance under this chapter.\n(2)\nSpecial rule.\u2014\nIn applying the provisions referred to in paragraph (1) to an individual entitled to educational assistance under this chapter for purposes of this section, the reference in such provisions to the term \u201celigible veteran\u201d shall be deemed to refer to an individual entitled to educational assistance under this chapter.\n(3)\nRule for applying section 3474.\u2014\nIn applying section 3474 to an individual entitled to educational assistance under this chapter for purposes of this section, the reference in such section 3474 to the term \u201ceducational assistance allowance\u201d shall be deemed to refer to educational assistance payable under section 3313.\n(4)\nRule for applying section 3482.\u2014\nIn applying section 3482(g) to an individual entitled to educational assistance under this chapter for purposes of this section\u2014\n(A) the first reference to the term \u201ceducational assistance allowance\u201d in such section 3482(g) shall be deemed to refer to educational assistance payable under section 3313;
