{"identifier":"/us/usc/t38/s8161","title":38,"num":"\u00a7\u202f8161.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f8161.\nDefinitions\nFor the purposes of this subchapter:\n(1) The term \u201cenhanced-use lease\u201d means a written lease entered into by the Secretary under this subchapter.\n(2) The term \u201ccongressional veterans\u2019 affairs committees\u201d means the Committees on Veterans\u2019 Affairs of the Senate and the House of Representatives.\n(3) The term \u201csupportive housing\u201d means housing that engages tenants in on-site and community-based support services for veterans or their families that are at risk of homelessness or are homeless.
