{"identifier":"/us/usc/t40/s621","title":40,"num":"\u00a7\u202f621.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f621.\nDefinitions\nIn this subchapter:\n(1)\nAdministrator.\u2014\nThe term \u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator of General Services.\n(2)\nCouncil.\u2014\nThe term \u201cCouncil\u201d means the Federal Real Property Council established by section 623(a).\n(3)\nDirector.\u2014\nThe term \u201cDirector\u201d means the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.\n(4)\nFederal agency.\u2014\nThe term \u201cFederal agency\u201d means\u2014\n(A) an executive department or independent establishment in the executive branch of the Government; or\n(B) a wholly owned Government corporation (other than the United States Postal Service).\n(5)\nField office.\u2014\nThe term \u201cfield office\u201d means any office of a Federal agency that is not the headquarters office location for the Federal agency.\n(6)\nPostal property.\u2014\nThe term \u201cpostal property\u201d means any property owned or leased by the United States Postal Service.\n(7)\nPublic-private partnership.\u2014\nThe term \u201cpublic-private partnership\u201d means any partnership or working relationship between a Federal agency and a corporation, individual, or nonprofit organization for the purpose of financing, constructing, operating, managing, or maintaining one or more Federal real property assets.\n(8)\nUnderutilized property.\u2014\nThe term \u201cunderutilized property\u201d means a portion or the entirety of any real property, including any improvements, that is used\u2014\n(A) irregularly or intermittently by the accountable Federal agency for program purposes of the Federal agency;
