{"identifier":"/us/usc/t41/s7101","title":41,"num":"\u00a7\u202f7101.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f7101.\nDefinitions\nIn this chapter:\n(1)\nAdministrator.\u2014\nThe term \u201cAdministrator\u201d means the Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy appointed pursuant to\nsection 1102 of this title\n(2)\nAgency board or agency board of contract appeals.\u2014\nThe term \u201cagency board\u201d or \u201cagency board of contract appeals\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the Armed Services Board;\n(B) the Civilian Board;\n(C) the board of contract appeals of the Tennessee Valley Authority; or\n(D) the Postal Service Board established under\nsection 7105(d)(1) of this title\n(3)\nAgency head.\u2014\nThe term \u201cagency head\u201d means the head and any assistant head of an executive agency.
