{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s11371","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f11371.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f11371.\nDefinitions\nFor purposes of this part:\n(1) The term \u201clocal government\u201d means a unit of general purpose local government.\n(2) The term \u201clocality\u201d means the geographical area within the jurisdiction of a local government.\n(3) The term \u201cmetropolitan city\u201d has the meaning given such term in\nsection 5302 of this title\n(4) The term \u201coperating costs\u201d means expenses incurred by a recipient operating a facility assisted under this part with respect to\u2014\n(A) the administration, maintenance, repair, and security of such housing;
