{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s12513","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f12513.","heading":"Study of program effectiveness","text":"\u00a7\u202f12513.\nStudy of program effectiveness\n(a)\nIn general\nNot later than 12 months after\nApril 21, 2009\n(b)\nContents\nThe performance measures developed under subsection (a) shall\u2014\n(1) to the maximum extent practicable draw on research-based, quantitative data;\n(2) take into account program purpose and program design;\n(3) include criteria to evaluate the cost effectiveness of programs receiving assistance under the national service laws;\n(4) include criteria to evaluate the administration and management of programs receiving Federal assistance under the national service laws;
