{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s12854","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f12854.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f12854.\nDefinitions\nFor purposes of this subchapter:\n(1)\nBoard of Directors\nThe term \u201cBoard of Directors\u201d or \u201cBoard\u201d means the Board of Directors of the National Homeownership Trust under\nsection 12851(b) of this title\n(2)\nDisplaced homemaker\nThe term \u201cdisplaced homemaker\u201d means an individual who\u2014\n(A) is an adult;\n(B) has not worked full-time full-year in the labor force for a number of years, but has during such years, worked primarily without remuneration to care for the home and family; and\n(C) is unemployed or underemployed and is experiencing difficulty in obtaining or upgrading employment.\n(3)\nFund\nThe term \u201cFund\u201d means the National Homeownership Trust Fund established in\nsection 12853 of this title\n(4)\nSingle parent\nThe term \u201csingle parent\u201d means an individual who\u2014\n(A) is unmarried or legally separated from a spouse;
