{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s16354","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f16354.","heading":"External technical review of departmental programs","text":"\u00a7\u202f16354.\nExternal technical review of departmental programs\n(a)\nNational energy research and development advisory boards\n(1)\nEstablishment\nThe Secretary shall establish one or more advisory boards to review research, development, demonstration, and commercial application programs of the Department in energy efficiency, renewable energy, nuclear energy, and fossil energy.\n(2)\nAlternatives\nThe Secretary may\u2014\n(A) designate an existing advisory board within the Department to fulfill the responsibilities of an advisory board under this section;
