{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s17242","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f17242.","heading":"Commercial insulation demonstration program","text":"\u00a7\u202f17242.\nCommercial insulation demonstration program\n(a)\nDefinitions\nIn this section:\n(1)\nAdvanced insulation\nThe term \u201cadvanced insulation\u201d means insulation that has an R value of not less than R35 per inch.\n(2)\nCovered refrigeration unit\nThe term \u201ccovered refrigeration unit\u201d means any\u2014\n(A) commercial refrigerated truck;\n(B) commercial refrigerated trailer; or\n(C) commercial refrigerator, freezer, or refrigerator-freezer described in\nsection 6313(c) of this title\n(b)\nReport\nNot later than 90 days after\n(1) the state of technological advancement of advanced insulation;
