{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s239","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f239.","heading":"General provisions","text":"\u00a7\u202f239.\nGeneral provisions\n(a)\nDefinitions\nFor purposes of this part:\n(1)\nCovered countermeasure\nThe term \u201ccovered countermeasure\u201d means a covered countermeasure as specified in a Declaration made pursuant to\nsection 233(p) of this title\n(2)\nCovered individual\nThe term \u201ccovered individual\u201d means an individual\u2014\n(A) who is a health care worker, law enforcement officer, firefighter, security personnel, emergency medical personnel, other public safety personnel, or support personnel for such occupational specialities\n1\n1 So in original.
