Probably should be followed by a period.\n(6)\nHealth plan\nThe term \u201chealth plan\u201d has the meaning given such term in\nsection 1320d(5) of this title\n(7)\nHIT Advisory Committee\nThe term \u201cHIT Advisory Committee\u201d means such Committee established under\nsection 300jj\u201312(a) of this title\n(8)\nIndividually identifiable health information\nThe term \u201cindividually identifiable health information\u201d has the meaning given such term in\nsection 1320d(6) of this title\n(9)\nInteroperability\nThe term \u201cinteroperability\u201d, with respect to health information technology, means such health information technology that\u2014\n(A) enables the secure exchange of electronic health information with, and use of electronic health information from, other health information technology without special effort on the part of the user;\n(B) allows for complete access, exchange, and use of all electronically accessible health information for authorized use under applicable State or Federal law; and\n(C) does not constitute information blocking as defined in\nsection 300jj\u201352(a) of this title\n(10)\nLaboratory\nThe term \u201claboratory\u201d has the meaning given such term in\nsection 263a(a) of this title\n(11)\nNational Coordinator\nThe term \u201cNational Coordinator\u201d means the head of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology established under\nsection 300jj\u201311(a) of this title\n(12)\nPharmacist\nThe term \u201cpharmacist\u201d has the meaning given such term in section 384(2)\n3\n3 So in original.
