{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/s3221","title":42,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3221.","heading":"Brownfields redevelopment report","text":"\u00a7\u202f3221.\nBrownfields redevelopment report\n(a)\nDefinition of brownfield site\nIn this section, the term \u201cbrownfield site\u201d has the meaning given the term in\nsection 9601(39) of this title\n(b)\nReport\n(1)\nIn general\nNot later than 1 year after\nOctober 27, 2004\n(2)\nContents\nThe report shall\u2014\n(A) identify each project conducted during the previous 10-year period in which grant funds have been used for brownfield sites redevelopment activities; and\n(B) include for each project a description of\u2014\n(i) the type of economic development activities conducted;\n(ii) if remediation activities were conducted\u2014\n(I) the type of remediation activities; and\n(II) the amount of grant money used for those activities in dollars and as a percentage of the total grant award;\n(iii) the economic development and environmental standards applied, if applicable;\n(iv) the economic development impact of the project;\n(v) the role of Federal, State, or local environmental agencies, if any;
