{"identifier":"/us/usc/t44/s3563","title":44,"num":"\u00a7\u202f3563.","heading":"Statistical agencies","text":"\u00a7\u202f3563.\nStatistical agencies\n(a)\nResponsibilities.\u2014\n(1)\nIn general.\u2014\nEach statistical agency or unit shall\u2014\n(A) produce and disseminate relevant and timely statistical information;\n(B) conduct credible and accurate statistical activities;\n(C) conduct objective statistical activities;
