{"identifier":"/us/usc/t49/s30301","title":49,"num":"\u00a7\u202f30301.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f30301.\nDefinitions\nIn this chapter\u2014\n(1) \u201calcohol\u201d has the same meaning given that term in regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Transportation.\n(2) \u201cchief driver licensing official\u201d means the official in a State who is authorized to\u2014\n(A) maintain a record about a motor vehicle operator\u2019s license issued by the State;
