{"identifier":"/us/usc/t5/s562","title":5,"num":"\u00a7\u202f562.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f562.\nDefinitions\nFor the purposes of this subchapter, the term\u2014\n(1) \u201cagency\u201d has the same meaning as in\nsection 551(1) of this title\n(2) \u201cconsensus\u201d means unanimous concurrence among the interests represented on a negotiated rulemaking committee established under this subchapter, unless such committee\u2014\n(A) agrees to define such term to mean a general but not unanimous concurrence;
