{"identifier":"/us/usc/t50/s1881","title":50,"num":"\u00a7\u202f1881.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f1881.\nDefinitions\n(a)\nIn general\nIn this subchapter, the terms \u201cagent of a foreign power\u201d, \u201cAttorney General\u201d, \u201ccontents\u201d, \u201celectronic surveillance\u201d, \u201cforeign intelligence information\u201d, \u201cforeign power\u201d, \u201cperson\u201d, \u201cUnited States\u201d, and \u201cUnited States person\u201d have the meanings given such terms in\nsection 1801 of this title\n(b)\nAdditional definitions\nIn this subchapter:\n(1)\nCongressional intelligence committees\nThe term \u201ccongressional intelligence committees\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate; and\n(B) the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives.\n(2)\nForeign Intelligence Surveillance Court; Court\nThe terms \u201cForeign Intelligence Surveillance Court\u201d and \u201cCourt\u201d mean the court established under\nsection 1803(a) of this title\n(3)\nForeign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review;
