{"identifier":"/us/usc/t50/s2471","title":50,"num":"\u00a7\u202f2471.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f2471.\nDefinitions\nFor purposes of this chapter:\n(1) The term \u201cnational security laboratory\u201d means any of the following:\n(A) Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.\n(B) Sandia National Laboratories, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Livermore, California.\n(C) Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, California.\n(2) The term \u201cnuclear weapons production facility\u201d means any of the following:\n(A) The Kansas City National Security Campus, Kansas City, Missouri.\n(B) The Pantex Plant, Amarillo, Texas.\n(C) The Y\u201312 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.\n(D) The Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina.\n(E) The Nevada National Security Site, Nevada.\n(F) Any facility of the Department of Energy that the Secretary of Energy, in consultation with the Administrator and Congress, determines to be consistent with the mission of the Administration.\n(3) The term \u201cclassified information\u201d means any information that has been determined pursuant to Executive Order No. 12333 of\nDecember 4, 1981\n50 U.S.C. 401\n50 U.S.C. 3001\nApril 17, 1995\n50 U.S.C. 435\n(4) The term \u201cRestricted Data\u201d has the meaning given such term in\nsection 2014(y) of title 42\n(5) The term \u201ccongressional defense committees\u201d means\u2014\n(A) the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate;
