{"identifier":"/us/usc/t51/s20147","title":51,"num":"\u00a7\u202f20147.","heading":"Recovery and disposition authority","text":"\u00a7\u202f20147.\nRecovery and disposition authority\n(a)\nDefinitions.\u2014\nIn this section:\n(1)\nAdministration human space flight vehicle.\u2014\nThe term \u201cAdministration human space flight vehicle\u201d means a space vehicle, as defined in\n(A) is intended to transport one or more persons;\n(B) is designed to operate in outer space;
