{"identifier":"/us/usc/t51/s50501","title":51,"num":"\u00a7\u202f50501.","heading":"Definitions","text":"\u00a7\u202f50501.\nDefinitions\nIn this chapter:\n(1)\nAgency.\u2014\nThe term \u201cagency\u201d means an executive agency as defined in\nsection 105 of title 5\n(2)\nAnchor tenancy.\u2014\nThe term \u201canchor tenancy\u201d means an arrangement in which the United States Government agrees to procure sufficient quantities of a commercial space product or service needed to meet Government mission requirements so that a commercial venture is made viable.\n(3)\nCommercial.\u2014\nThe term \u201ccommercial\u201d means having\u2014\n(A) private capital at risk;
