{"identifier":"/us/usc/t54/s102304","title":54,"num":"\u00a7\u202f102304.","heading":"National Park Service Advisory Council","text":"\u00a7\u202f102304.\nNational Park Service Advisory Council\n(a)\nDefinitions.\u2014\nIn this section:\n(1)\nBoard.\u2014\nThe term \u201cBoard\u201d means the National Park System Advisory Board established under\nsection 102303 of this title\n(2)\nCouncil.\u2014\nThe term \u201cCouncil\u201d means the National Park Service Advisory Council established under subsection (b).\n(b)\nEstablishment and Purpose.\u2014\nThere is established a National Park Service Advisory Council that shall provide advice and counsel to the Board.\n(c)\nMembership.\u2014\n(1)\nEligibility.\u2014\nMembership on the Council shall be limited to individuals whose term on the Board has expired.
