and\n(2) the terms \u201csmall business concern\u201d, \u201csmall business concern owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals\u201d, \u201csmall business concern owned and controlled by women\u201d, and \u201csmall business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans\u201d have the meanings given those terms under the Small Business Act (\n15 U.S.C. 631\n(b)\nRegistry\n(1)\nIn general\nThe Administrator shall establish and maintain a registry of contractors who are willing to perform debris removal, distribution of supplies, reconstruction, and other disaster or emergency relief activities.\n(2)\nContents\nThe registry shall include, for each business concern\u2014\n(A) the name of the business concern;\n(B) the location of the business concern;\n(C) the area served by the business concern;\n(D) the type of good or service provided by the business concern;\n(E) the bonding level of the business concern; and\n(F) whether the business concern is\u2014\n(i) a small business concern;\n(ii) a small business concern owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals;\n(iii) a small business concern owned and controlled by women; or\n(iv) a small business concern owned and controlled by service-disabled veterans.\n(3)\nSource of information\n(A)\nSubmission\nInformation maintained in the registry shall be submitted on a voluntary basis and be kept current by the submitting business concerns.\n(B)\nAttestation\nEach business concern submitting information to the registry shall submit\u2014\n(i) an attestation that the information is true;
